Please note that we do not accept returns for custom orders, unless the items have been received in a broken or damaged condition. Custom orders are meticulously crafted to your specific measurements and preferences, making them ineligible for return. Additionally, we would like to emphasize that our rings are made to order and, therefore, we do not accept returns for these bespoke pieces of jewelry.

In the event that an incorrect size was provided, resizing services may be available, subject to delivery costs and applicable resizing fees.
