Our standard processing time for orders is typically between two to five working days from the date of order placement. It is important to note that Australia Post imposes a one-week holding period for Recorded items, after which they will be returned to us.

All orders are shipped using Tracked Delivery to ensure secure and traceable shipping. In the event that your order has not been delivered, we kindly request that you allow a period of 14 working days before reaching out to us for assistance.

For customers seeking expedited delivery options, we encourage you to contact us in advance to discuss the availability of Express delivery services.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our commitment is to ensure your utmost satisfaction with your purchase. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your item(s), we offer a hassle-free return process within seven days from the date of delivery, entitling you to a full refund. Please note that all returned goods must be in unused condition and in the same excellent state as when initially sent.

It is important to mention that we do not accept returns for custom orders, unless the items have been received in a broken or damaged condition. Custom orders are meticulously crafted to your specific measurements and preferences, thereby making them ineligible for return. Additionally, please be aware that our sterling silver and gold rings are made to order, and as such, we do not accept returns for these bespoke pieces of jewelry.

In the event that you have provided an incorrect size for your item, we may be able to offer resizing services, subject to delivery costs and applicable resizing fees.

For customers seeking an exchange of their purchase, whether it be sterling silver or gold jewelry, we kindly request that you contact us in advance to discuss the possibility. Please note that additional charges may apply for exchanges.

We would like to bring to your attention that any Customs Fees imposed by your country upon the package's arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer.

In the unfortunate event that an order is returned to us as undelivered, and you wish to have it reshipped, please note that you will be responsible for covering the costs associated with the second shipping attempt, particularly for international shipments.
