SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are normally sent out within two to five working days of the order being placed. Please be aware, that the Australia Post will only hold Recorded items for one week before returning item to us.
* It can take up to 35 (Covid-19 impact) working days for order to be delivered worldwide.
If your order has not being delivered, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 35 working days before contacting us.
* We offer Free delivery for our products, please upgrade if you like it to be Recorded or Express delivery

(you could find that options in the shop or just contact us in advance).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s), you may return it to us within seven days of your delivery date and we will provide a full refund. All goods must be returned unused in the same excellent condition as sent out.
We do not accept returns for custom orders (unless items are received broken or damaged etc.) as they are made to measure.Please keep in mind we make all of our RINGS up to order and we do NOT accept returns for them as they are bespoke jewelry .
If you gave us wrong size, it is possible to be resized for you , but you have to cover the delivery cost and resizing fee in some cases.
If you want to exchange your purchase you must contact us first. In some cases exchange is possible, but additional charges will apply.

Please keep in mind that refunds for returned jewelry will be deducted with $2.99 for AU orders and $7.99 for worldwide orders if you have received free shipping.

We can NOT be held responsible for any Customs Fees your country will charge when the package enters your country. The customer is responsible for any Customs Fees.

If an order comes back to us undelivered and you want it shipped again YOU will be responsible to pay for the second shipping attempt, especially International shipping.
